Welcome!   Thank you for considering joining the Park City Board of REALTORSï½. In these difficult economic times, the choices we make are weighed more heavily. At the Park City Board of REALTORSï½, we are committed to reaffirming your decision to join the Board by providing you with valuable resources and benefits.

About Us:   The Park City Board of REALTORSï½ is comprised of roughly 800 REALTORSï½ from more than 200 offices and 114 affiliate members from the local Park City and surrounding Northern Wasatch area. Our goal is to provide our members with progressive tools, resources and information that empower our members to be more successful.

Leadership:   The Park City Board of REALTORSï½ is an active force in the community through the leadership of its members and their effort to positively influence and engage in public policy discussions/decisions related to real property ownership and the availability of local affordable housing. We are at the discussion table and therefore, so are our members.

Charitable Giving:   Additionally under the umbrella of its Philanthropic Foundation, the Board supports and provides funding for a variety of worthy non-profits which seek to address the needs of the underserved in our local community. Philanthropic fundraising events include: the Luxury Home Tour & Auction, Building Balance Golf Tournament, Habitat for Humanity's Let's Build a House, and an annual Turkey Drive. Beneficiaries of these efforts have historically fallen into the following categories:

  • Domestic Violence
  • Senior Citizens
  • Park City Outreach
  • Open Space Preservation
  • Housing

Governmental Affairs:  In 2010 our Board made a strong commitment to being more actively involved in the local government process by retaining a Governmental Affairs Director. Our Governmental Affairs Director helps our members be more aware and informed of local issues that impact the real estate industry. Additionally, she helps us maintain positive relationships with our City and County elected and appointed officials. As such, the REALTORSï½ become more of a force and a resource in the community.

Communications:   The Park City Board of REALTORS'ï½ primary method of communication with its members is via email. Via email, we distribute a weekly newsletter that provides membership updates, committee news, upcoming classes and news. Our Website ( is also an important vehicle for communicating with our members. On our Website you will find a calendar of events and meetings, as well as documents and vital information on current real estate issues.

Benefits:   Member benefits include, but are not limited to, access to the Park City Board of REALTORSï½ Web site which details available education courses, forms and clauses, subdivision lists, statistics, open house schedules, hot sheets, useful links, and access to an e-mail list server which allows members to communicate directly to our membership. Our members also gain access to the Park City Board of REALTORSï½ renowned MLS. Members can also view and pay their dues and registrations online.

WMRA:    Park City Board of REALTORSï½ is a contributing member of the Western Mountain Resort Alliance and, as such shares and reports on statistics and issues facing resort communities.

Networking:   As a member of the Park City Board of REALTORSï½, there are many opportunities to network. The Board hosts monthly member events that incorporate informative and valuable programming. Additionally, our members benefit from the relationships we have with other key community stakeholders that graciously extend invitations to our membership to participate in special events, among these special functions are the REALTORï½ ski days hosted by our local resorts.

At the Board office, we also offer education courses that cover a wide range of topics including trends and strategies that are newly impacting our market. We find that our members not only value the course materials, but also the opportunity to exchange information with fellow members.
