There is a lot to love about the Park City area.

We know everyone says it’s all about location in real estate—but here, the location simply, truly, can’t be topped. The Park City area includes, loosely, Summit and Wasatch Counties, with several small-town municipalities scattered throughout. The area sits just 45 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, yet feels worlds away. Multiple ski resorts, an incredible hiking and biking trail network, clean mountain air, a strong school system, and a friendly community knit this place together.

Summit County

Park City may be the largest town in Summit County, but its lofty peaks in nearby Uinta National Forest claim the highest heights. Summit County residents enjoy much of the area’s finest real estate, multiple internationally renowned ski resorts, the shopping and nightlife of Park City, and a trail system that’s hard to top just about anywhere. You’ll find high-end investment property, couple-friendly condos, family homes, and rambling ranches within this picturesque place.

Wasatch County

Wasatch County is a tad quieter than its neighbor to the north, Summit County. In Wasatch County, Heber City takes the main municipal spotlight, but many smaller neighborhoods and towns within the county make the perfect launchpad for outdoor recreation. Two gorgeous mountain reservoirs, Jordanelle and Deer Creek, offer plenty of beach and boating fun. And Wasatch Mountain State Park to the west offers endless vistas and adventures. Within Wasatch County, you’ll find a mix of higher-priced properties and quiet little historic bungalows—and everything in between.
